Formatting instructions

Please find herein the formatting instructions and templates for full and short papers.  Tutorial submissions formats are up to the concerned sessions chairs. 

Papers should include: Title, name(s) and affiliation(s) of authors, an abstract of no more than 200 words, a set of relevant keywords, resulting in a manuscript of six to eight A4-size pages (full paper) or four A4-size pages (short paper) , and completely cited references. 

Authors are also asked to include a cover sheet containing the name, address, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail address of the person to whom correspondence regarding the paper should be addressed. It is important to ensure that this e-mail address is the same as the one used to register the submisionner on this website.

All papers will be refereed and those accepted for presentation at the conference will be included in the Conference Proceedings and accompanying CD.

Submitting a paper

Submissions are to be uploaded on the website. For this, please read carefully the instructions above before starting the process.

1. To upload a file, you must first register by filling the CE'2006 website registration form.

2. This folder contains several subfolders, specific for each kind of submission. Please ensure you are uploading your submission in the right folder:

   • Full papers submissions
   • Short papers submissions
   • Workshop #1 ("Advanced Interoperable....")
   • Workshop #2 ("Contextualizing Concurrent Engineering...")

   Once in the folder, you will have to add a new submission. For this, click on one of the two "add submission" buttons available. Fill then the presented form as such:

   • Title: your name, in ANSI characters, followed by the number of your submission, if needed (example: "Goncalves3")
   • Description: title of the paper and names of the authors
   • File: use the "choose"button to select  the file corresponding to your paper.
   • Do not forget to "save" the file on the server
